城市化是人类社会发展的必然选择,在我国社会转型时期,城市化整体状况不容乐观,传统的抑城市化政策仍在发挥作用,制约着城市化发展。实行积极城市化战略,采取多种措施,为我国城市化发展扫除障碍,是目前的当务之急。

Urbanization is an inevitable trend in the course of social development. At the transitional stage in China, the overall situation is unsatisfactory since the restraining policies that are still at work have restricted the development of urbanization. Therefore, top priority should be directed to active strategies and multiple measures so as to clear away the obstacles in the way to urbanization.
