教师文化是校园亚文化群的重要组成部分,对整体校园文化具有导向、示范、整合、预警等功能,加强教师文化建设应从教师制度文化、教学文化、学术文化和师德文化等方面加以考虑。

Teacher culture is an important component of sub-campus culture.It is of cultural function to entire campus culture in respect of direction,demonstration,integration and presentiment and the like.The construction of teacher culture should be considered together with the teacher system culture,teaching and academic culture and teachers'morality.
