诚信是现代市场经济的灵魂,是维系市场经济活动的道德精神.但是在现代市场经济中,经济主体由于自身利益的驱动,常常丧失诚信,造成市场经济秩序的混乱和交易费用的增加.因此,有必要构建诚信机制,从不同的方面对市场经济主体的交易行为进行规制,以减少经济主体的道德风险,促进现代市场经济的稳定、快速、高效的运行.

Because the parties of market economy always lose the credit for their own profits in the modern market economy, the result is the confusion of market economy and raising of exchanging cost. For this reason, It is necessary that credit mechanisms be established.
