论我国失业保险制度的发展与完善

On Development and Improvement of the Unemployment Insurance System in China

随着我国经济体制改革和经济结构调整的深化,工业化、城市化进程的加快,失业这一社会现象日趋严峻,失业保险制度的改革与完善也相应提到日程上来.本文从我国失业保险制度的现状出发,找出当前我国失业保险制度的问题所在,进一步提出改革与完善我国失业保险制度的对策建议.

With the deepening of our economic system reform and the structure adjustment, the fastening of the industrialization and citifing, the situation of the unemployment is becoming more and more serious. Therefore, we must pay attention to the development and improvement of the unemployment insurance system. This paper will find the problems of it and give the solution to it according to the study of what it is now.
