职工参与公司机关制度是当代各国公司立法关注的热点之一,西方公司制度发达的国家已形成较为完备的职工参与公司机关法律体系.我国公司法在吸收国有企业民主管理制度的同时,借鉴了西方职工参与法的优秀成果.但是,由于我国公司立法起步较晚,我国的职工参与公司机关制度还存在许多不足之处而亟待完善.

The system of the employee participate in is one of the focuses in the world, the developed countries had formed a more self-contained legislation. The system in our country, absorbed the management of enterprise, at the same time, use for reference the successful production of theirs. But the legislation of our country started later, there are many faults in the system and should be improved.
