脊椎骨原发恶性淋巴瘤6例报告

PRIMARY MALIGNANT LYMPHOMA OF VERTEBRAE:A REPORT OF 6 CASES

本文报告6例脊椎骨原发性恶性淋巴瘤,肿瘤发生在颈椎1例,胸椎4例,腰椎1例。主要表现为局部轻度疼痛、肿胀,轻微外伤可致病理骨折。本病的诊断需依靠临床表现、X线及病理学检查予以综合考虑。外科手术后配合放射和化疗可提高治愈率和无瘤生存率。组织类型和肿瘤负荷是决定预后最有关的因素。

Six cases of primary malignant lymphoma of vertebra are reported. male and two female with ages ranged from 20 to 68 year. One lesion was in the cervical vertebra, four in thoracic vertetra and another in lumbar vertebra. Patients had slight local pain and swelling: Pathological fractures were often caused by minor trauma. Ultimate diagnosis usually depended on the clinical features, X-ray and pathological examination. Extensive excision in conjunction with postoperative radiotherapy or chemotherapy may have raised disease-free survival time. Histological pattern and tumor load are the most relevant factors on the prognosis.
