前言根据全国农业区划委员会提供的资料,我国干旱(半干旱)自然区域面积占我国土地总面积的52.4%。这类地区农业生产的主要特征是农牧结合。

A combination of agriculture and animal husbandry is the dominant characteristic of agricultural production in arid and semi-arid regions. This paper discusses how to evaluate it and how to promote the development of agriculture and animal husbandry productions coordinately by exemplifying the existing situations in northern Shaanxi province.
