目的 探讨评估肾细胞癌预后因素的指标。方法 应用免疫组化方法 ,对 6 0例肾癌组织进行CD4 4v6和P16蛋白检测。结果 在肾癌细胞中CD4 4v6和P16蛋白表达阳性率分别为 6 6 .7%和 5 1.7%。肾细胞癌分级、分期和淋巴结转移与CD4 4v6高表达和P16低表达相关 (P <0 .0 5 )。CD4 4v6表达与P16表达呈负相关 (r=- 0 .4 3,P <0 .0 5 )。结论 CD4

Objective To study the prognostic predictor for renal cell carcinoma(RCC). Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of CD44v6 and P16 protein in 60 cases of RCC. Results The positive rate of CD44v6 and P16 was 66.7% and 51.7%, respectively. Histologic grading, clinical staging and metastasis potential of RCC were correlated with the high level expression of CD44v6 and the low level expression of P16(P< 0.05). The expression of CD44v6 was negatively correlated with the expression of P16 (r= -0.43, P< 0.05). Conclusion These results suggest that the high level expression of CD44v6 and the low level expression of P16 may be a good indicator in evaluating the differentiation of tumors and in predicting metastases of lymph node.
