The analysis on the investment of human capital in enterprise——from the perspective of game theory

摘要人力资本投资是决定企业竞争力的核心因素之一。本文运用博弈论,并结合企业人力资本的分类研究,指出企业如何依据人力资本特点及博弈各方的实际博弈,选择有利于本企业的最佳人力资本投资方式。 The investment in human capital is one of the key factors that determine the competitive force of an enterprise. Employing the analysis method of game theory, the paper makes some superficial probe on the model of investment in human capital.
