On China's preferential policies toward FDI from capital flight

资本外逃已经成为我国社会经济发展的心腹之患,而赋予FDI的优惠政策却实际上助长了资本外逃。本文从资本外逃的主要途径和我国FDI优惠政策的内容、特点和局限性入手,创造性地分析了FDI优惠政策对我国资本外逃的负面作用,提出了实现FDI政策两大根本战略性转变的方向。

The development of China's society and economy suffers a lot from the flight of home capital, which, in fact, is encouraged by the preferential policies granted to FDI. So, in this paper, from the analysis of main ways of capital flight, and the analysis of contents, characters and limits of China's preferential policies granted to FDI, the author creatively analyze the disadvantageous influence on capital flight from preferential policies, and offer two directions to strategically change the preferential policies.
