我国是一个农业大国,农村人口占大多数。农村人口的养老保险问题一直是党和政府最为关心的问题。我国已初步建立起农村社会养老保险制度的雏形,但相对于城镇职工的养老保险制度却严重滞后,尚存在诸多问题。应根据我国农村的实际情况,建立有中国特色的农村社会养老保险制度。

Our country is a big agricultural state, the most of population come from countryside.Our government pays attention to old-age social insurance of agricultural populatioaOur country have preliminarily built the system of old-age social insurance in countryside, but it falls behind the system of old-age insurance in city and exists many problems.So our country should build the system of old-age social insurance in Chinese countryside with the Chinese features according to actual situation of countryside.
