对我国公共管理领域腐败现象的制度分析

Institutional Analysis of the Corruption Phenomena in our Country's Public Administration Field

我国反腐斗争中出现了“二律背反”现象:一方面反腐斗争力度不断加大;另一方面腐败现象呈易发多发态势。原因是制度不完善。应加快制度改革步伐,提高政府工作透明度,完善各类监督机制,提高全社会的道德水平。

There appear paradox phenomena in our country's fight against corruption. On the one hand,the power of anti-corruption constantly increases;on the other hand,the corruption trends to constant enlargement. It is necessary to speed up the step of systemic reform, enhance the degree of openness of the government work,perfect various kinds of supervising mechanism and enhance the moral level of the society.
