摘要
我国民办高等教育面对高等教育持续快速发展的时代潮流,面对《民办教育促进法》的强力扶持,面对全面建设小康社会的人才需求,必须进一步解放思想,转变观念:准确定位创特色,贴近市场求发展;依法规范办学,强化内部管理。
Our country's civilian-run higher education faces the time tide of sustainable swift development of higher education, the strength help of <Law of Promoting Civilian-run Education>the need of men of ability for overall construction of fairly well-off society, it must further emancipate its thought, change its ideology, punctually fix and set up its feature, seek development by meansof pressing close to markets, run schools according to rules and strengthen internal administration.
