Conducting Independent Colleges is in Favor of Expanding the Resources of Higher Education

当前我国民办高校和公办高校不是处于公平竞争的地位;国家、省、市统一考试,使民办高校围绕着应试教育转;在各个地区民办高校的发展不平衡。举办独立学院是扩大高等教育资源的有效手段,能促进高等教育深化改革。

At present,the positions of our country's civilian-run colleges and universities and public-run ones do not stand on fair competing places which show themselves as: the state, province and city unified examination makes the civilian-run colleges and universities run around sitting for examination education;the developments of civilian-run colleges and u-niversities in various region are uneven. Conducting independent colleges is the effective means for expanding the higher education resources, which can promote the deepened reform of higher education.
