本文报告14例因结节性硬化症所致癫痫发作患者,首次癫痫发作发生在1岁以前者占50％。发作类型不同,并且随年龄增长而变化。随访结果表明:这一变化的原因和颅内钙化、病程长短及首发类型等有关。根据对EEG和CT表现的对照观察,肯定了两者在临床上的使用价值。

In 50% of the 14 cases of seizure with tuberous sclerosis the first seizurehappened before the age of one year. The type of seizure varied with increasingage. Result of followed observation: The varied cause was related to the intracranialcalcification and duration of the disease and the type of onset seizure, ere. withobservations of EEG and CT both methods were found valuadle in clinical practice.
