摘要
本文报告52例室管膜瘤的临床病理资料,其中29例(55.8％)为良性,21例(40.4％)为间变性,2例为室管膜母细胞瘤。天幕上区19例,天幕下区18例,脊髓内10例,马尾部5例。分析了患者的年龄、肿瘤的部位和其它临床特征与组织学特点之间的关系。结合文献就室管膜瘤的临床病理特点、组织学诊断、鉴别诊断和免疫组织化学进行了讨论。
The clinicopathology of 52 cases of ependymoma was presented, 29 (55. 8%) werebenign, 21 (40.4 %) anaplastic and 2 ependymoblastoma. Nineteen were located in thesupratentorial compartment, eighteen infratentorial, ten intramedullary and five caudaequina. The relationship between the histology and the patient's age, tumor loca-tion and other clinical aspects was analyzed. The histodiagnosis, clinicopathologicfeature, differentiation and immunohistochemistry of ependymomas were disscused.
