四肢深部血管瘤的MRI诊断

MRI diagnosis of intramuscular hemangioma in extremities.

目的探讨 MRI 检查对四肢深部肌肉内血管瘤的诊断价值。方法回顾性总结10例经手术和病理证实的四肢深部肌肉内血管瘤的 MRI 表现。结果 10例 MRI 检查均可见肌肉内软组织肿块。T_1WI呈等信号或略高信号,T_2WI 均呈高信号为主,其中4例可见肿块内流空血管影;边界清晰4例,边界不清6例;10例注射 Gd-DTPA 后扫描肿块均呈明显强化。结论 MRI 能够详细显示四肢肌间血管瘤病灶的大小、范围及其与周围组织解剖关系,对明确诊断和确定手术范围有重要的价值。

Objective To evaluate the role of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)in diagnosing intra- muscular hemangioma in extremities.Methods The findings of MRI were analyzed retrospectively in 10 cases of intramuscular hemangioma in extremities,which were proved by operation and pathology.Results MRI showed intramuscular soft tissue masses in all 10 eases.The masses showed intermediate or slightly high sig- nal intensity on T1WI and high signal intensity on T2WI,with'flow void'in 4.The mass lesion with a well- defined margin in 4 and unclear margin in 6.After injection of Gd-DTPA,there was marked enhancement in all 10 cases.Conclusion MRI imaging of intramuscular hemangioma provides information on the size,extent and anatomical relation of the lesion.It is of great value for correct diagnosis and determination of exact extent of the tumor.
