呼吸道畸形30例临床分析

CLINICAL ANALYSIS OF THE DEFORMITY OF THE RESPIRATORY TRACT IN SO CASES

分析了30例呼吸道畸形患儿的畸形类型、并发症和临床诊断条件,并且根据支气管造影、血管造影及手术、病理、尸检等诊断资料,重点探讨了各种畸形在普通X线平片上的表现特点。作者认为,判别各种呼吸道畸形的X线平片表现是早期诊断、防止误诊或漏诊,进而确定诊断,把握治疗时机的关键。

The type of the deformity, the complication and the diagnostic condition of the respiratory tract were analysed in 30 children. Based on the bronchial radiograph, arteriography, operation,pathology and autopsy the manifestation characteristics of each deformity on the common plain X-ray was emphatically discussed. The authors considered that the manifestation of each deformity of the respiratory tract on the X-ray was a key for early diagnosis, preventing misdiagnosis or missed diagnosis and making a correct diagnosis and grasping the opportunity of treatment.
