摘要
对20MnSiⅡ级带肋钢筋脆断的原因进行了分析,发现脆断的主要原因是锰含量超上限,使正常轧制条件下出现贝氏体且使组织中铁素体含量大大降低。
The cause for brittle break of 20MnSi grade Ⅱ reinforcing steel bar was analysed.The result shows that the main
cause is that Mn content is higher than its upper limit, resulting in there is bainite in the structure and ferrite content de-
creases greatly under normal rolling conditions.
