Analysis for Perforation of Superheater Pipe with SEM

以扫描电子显微镜为主要检测手段,通过对过热器管壁爆口和穿孔的显微组织形态、显微氧化层特征、缺陷附近基体的形貌的观察,对该过热器管失效特性及其成因进行了推断。

Taking scanning electron microscope as major detection method, the microstructure, microscopical oxidized layer and matrix near the perforation area on the superheater pipe were observed. The reason and feature for this failure of the su- perheater pipe were analysed and deduced.
