How to develop learners' ability of correctly using a foreign language under a certain discourse, which draws popular attention of many researchers and teaching stuff at universities, is boiled down to the aim of foreign language teaching at universities. The basic reform of education should involve improving teaching method and thoughts on the courses as well as introducing language use and cultural consciousness during the teaching process.
