鸡致病性大肠埃希氏菌的菌毛血清型检测

THE DETECTION OFPILI OF THE VIRULENT ESCHERICHIA COLI IN CHICKEN AND SEROLOGICAL TYPE

使用透射电镜对3株鸡致病性大肠埃希氏菌(E.coii)的菌型进行了形态观察,发现其中2株菌具有纤细、中空、挺直的菌毛,另外1株未见菌毛。有菌毛的2株菌与K88、K99、987P和F41单因子兔高免血清的玻片凝集反应阴性,而与2株兔源的具菌毛的E.coli菌的兔高免血清呈强阳性。未见菌毛的那株菌与上述所有血清的玻片凝集反应均呈阴性。

Three strains of Escherichia coli which are virulent for poultry were isolated from chicken and their morphology were observed by electron microscope. Two of them were found to be covered with thin, hollow and stiff pill and the other one were not found to be covered with pili. Both strains carrying pili reacted negetively with K88, K99,987P and F41 single factor antiserums that produced by immunizing rabbits in slide iagglutination tests. Two antiserums of O and K which produced by two E. coli strains with pili isolated from rabbits to immunize rabbits, agglutinated positively the both strains. The other strain which pili had not been seen, did not react with all antiserums mentioned above in slide agglutination tests.
