混合PTA原料产聚酯切片生产涤纶POY的工艺研究

Research on Process of Polyester POY Produced by Polyester chips with different PTA

聚酯切片品质受原料PTA影响,在用混合PTA原料生产的过渡段PET片生产涤纶预取向丝(POY)过程中,生产经常出现不稳定。针对不同原料,提出了相应的解决措施,有效解决了PET消耗高、质量不稳定的顽疾。

The quality of PET chips is often affected by raw material PTA. The production of PET POY is unstable frequently when the chips with different PTA are used. The relevant measures are taken in solving problems of unstable quality and high consumption of PET.
