摘要
调查了山东省定陶县农机科技人才结构和知识更新情况,分析了存在问题,提出了解放思想、转变观念,建立和完善人才资源市场的宏观调控体系,以培训为重点搞好对现有科技人才的继续教育的对策和建议。
the authors investigated the structure of agro-machinery S&T talents and knowledge renewal circs in Shandong Province Dingtao County, analyzed the problems, put forward countermeasures and suggestions of changeover concepts, establishing and perfecting magnificent control system about talents resource market, doing the work of continue education well with the key of training.
