华阳河流域复兴洲西片防洪排涝实施方案

The Execution Scheme of Flood Control and Drainage at the West Part of FuxinZhou at Huayanghe River Catchment

复兴洲西片位于宿松县西部 ,南邻长江 ,北靠华阳湖 ,总面积 15 8km2 。为解决该地区防洪除涝问题 ,经研究分析 ,提出堵口复堤、封港建闸、兴建洲头外排站的实施方案 ,将自排标准提高到 2 0年一遇 ,抽排标准提高到 10年一遇 ,使该地区整体防洪排涝能力得以提高。

The west part of Fuxinzhou is located at the west of Susong County. It is adjacent to the Yangtze River from south and it is adjacent to Huayang Lake from north with the total area of 158km 2.To solve the problem of flood control, the execution scheme of sealing the river mouth, recovering the embankment and constructing the outside drainage station at Fuxinzhou were put forward after it is studied and analyzed. The purpose of this scheme is to raise the self-drainage standard to the return period of 20 years and raise the machine-drainage standard to the return period of 10 years and finally raise the whole capacity of flood control and drainage in this area.
