建立中国与东盟自由贸易区的前景展望

A Vista of the Establishment of Sino-Asian Free Trade Area

拟于2010年建成中国-东盟自由贸易区,是中国第一次参加世界区域经济组织。中国-东盟自由贸易区的建立,将有助于巩固和加强双方的友好合作,进一步扩大双方贸易额;有利于调整双方的商品贸易结构,扩大贸易规模;有利于双方相互投资;有利于推动东亚地区的合作,加快东亚地区经济一体化的进程。中国应籍此机遇加快经济发展的步伐,提高与扩大在国际上的影响力,尤其要发挥东南亚华人的特殊作用。

Sino-Asian Free Trade Area, which is to be established in the year of 2010, will help to consolidate and strengthen friendly cooperation of both parties. It will lead to further increase of the bilateral trade volume, adjustment of trade structure, expansion of trade scale, acceleration of cooperation among the members and economic integration. The paper points out that China should make great efforts, especially by bringing into play the overseas' Chinese, to spur up its economic growth and extend its international influence.
