摘要
报告4例由手术后病理证实的不典型后腹膜肿瘤,术前径B超与CT检查均未作出正确诊断。结合文献对4例肿瘤的发病机制、好发部位、诊断及鉴别诊断进行了讨论。
This paper reports 4 cases of unusual, retroperitoneal tumors which were not exatctly diagnosed by B ultrasonography and CT before surgical exploration. Surgical pathology proved them to be: l. Langerhans cell sarcoma of pancreatic head with infiltration, 2. malignant terotoma with infiltration and metastasis, 3. neuroblastoma with metastasis, 4. ganglioneuroma and hyper-plasia of right adrenal cortex. The literature pertaining to the diseases is discussed.
