传染性法氏囊病病毒超强毒株河北分离株HB-bp的生物学特性

摘要 将分离毒HB -bp与STC(Ⅰ型)、CJ801(Ⅰ型)标准毒株比较 ,分析了其病原性、形态结构、理化特性、血凝活性、血清型、抗原特异性及结构蛋白分析。结果表明 ,HB -bp的病毒基因组有两个特征性片段 ,电泳后呈现两个条带 ,在SDS -PAGE中出现5条病毒特异蛋白带 ,在形态学、密度、理化特性、血凝性上与标准IBD毒株相似 ,具有较好的抗原性。血清中和试验测定该毒株为血清Ⅰ型毒株 ,鸡胚接种传代培养可引起鸡胚规律性死亡 ,致病力试验具有超强毒株的高致病性和高死亡率的特征 ,表明本分离株为超强毒株。 A field IBDV isolate(HB-bp was compared with a reference strain(CJ801[type1])for their antigeniciˉty,morphological structure,physical and chemical properties,HA activity and structure protein.Electrophoresis of the two special genomic segments of the HB-bp strain resulted in two stripes and SDS-PAGE resulted in five stripes.HB-bp strain was similar to the reference IBDV strain in morphology,density,physical and chemical propety and HA acˉtivity with comparatively good antigenicity.It was typed as Serotype I by sero-neutralization test.Inoculation of chicken embryos induced regular death of embryos.Pathogenicity test showed the field isolate was a very virulent strain causing high morbidity and mortality.
