本文研究用ICP-AES法同时测定铅锡焊料中Cu、Fe、Bi 3种杂质元素时,溶液 的酸度、基体元素对分析元素测定的光谱干扰问题。采用最优化的条件准确测定杂质元 素的含量。

In this article, it was reported that ICP - AES was used to determinate 3 trace impurities in tin - lead solders. Experiments conditions were studied.The recoveries showed good accuracy.
