摘要
本文通过3种不同的实验方法设计,考察并发现了石墨炉原子吸收光谱分析中镧对锰的增敏作用。实验表明,无论采用对石墨管表面涂镧预处理的方法,还是在锰测定时在样品溶液中加入镧盐共同加热,均能有效地提高锰的信号强度,其信号增强因子最大可达1.62,是镧在石墨炉原子吸收光谱分析中产生增敏作用的又一实例。
In this article, 3 kinds of different methods were used to research the sensitivity - increasing effects of La at determination of Mn by GFAAS. The experiments showed that the absorbance of Mn can be increased effectively in all of the 3 cases, and the best factor of sensitivity - increasing can be reached to 1.62 at the case when La and Mn were injected to the graphite tube together.
