人角膜内皮细胞体外培养对单疱病毒Ⅰ型感染的病理形态学实验研究

Experimental Studies of Pathomorphology on Human Corneal Endothelial Cells to Infection by Herpes Simplex Virus Type 1 in Vitro

报告人角膜内皮细胞体外培养对HSV-I Mckrea 株感染后不同时点的病理形态学变化。结果表明内皮细胞主要的病理形态学改变为“气球”样变和细胞集拢及合胞体形成,最终导致细胞死亡。提示临床对复发性HSK 早期有效的抗病毒治疗是保护内皮细胞免受损害极为重要的措施。

This paper reports pathomorphological changes of human corneal endothelial cellsby the Mckrae strain of the herpes simplex virus type 1 at different time points in vitro.The results have demonstrated that the changes of pathomorphology were mainly balloondegeneration,cells were merged and synthetic cells.Result in all cells died at last.Ex-perimental results indicated that effect anti-virus treatments of recurrent HSK were animportant measure to prevent corneal endothelial cells from damage of virus.
