摘要
120只成、老年兔眼分别行超声乳化及普通囊外法摘除晶体。借助显微检查仪对手术前后角膜内皮细胞计数、形态学以及角膜厚度进行详细的观察比较。探讨了内皮细胞损伤的机制,设计了减少内皮细胞损伤的超声乳化程序。
Lens removal was performed on 120 adult and old rabbit eyes with phacoemulsificationand extracapsular lens extraction.The counts and morphology of corneal endothelial cellsas well as corneal thickness were revealed by specular microscopy preoperatively andpostoperatively,and the results were compared between the two methods.According to theseresults the mechanism of endothelial cell injury and corneal thickness were approached anda new phacoemulsification procedure decreasing endothelial cell injury was designed.
