摘要
采用SP - 5 0 2气相色谱仪 ,在GDX - 1 0 4填充柱上有效地分离异丙醇、乙醇、水 ,其它成分不干扰测定。以乙醇为内标物 ,测量峰高 ,内标法定量测定异丙醇含量 (异丙醇含量范围 2 %～ 1 0 0% ) ,2min完成一次测定过程 ,测定结果准确、快速。同时 ,对测定过程中 ,色谱柱、试样组成。
In this paper, SP-502 Gas Chronatography was adopted to effectly separate Isopropyl Acohol、Ethanol and Water in GDX-104 packed column without interferece of any other component,Taking ethanol as internal standard substance,detemining the content of Isopropyl Acohol(vary from 2 % to 100) by internal standard method was presented, this method was simple and accurate. At the same time,the influencing factors of this method was discussed.
