固体酸S_2O_8^(2-)/Fe_2O_3-ZrO_2催化制备马来酸二己酯 被引量:2

Synthesis of Dihexyl Meleate with Solid Acid S_2O_8 ^(2-)/Fe_2O_3-ZrO_2 as Catalyst

摘要 用S2 O2 -8 浸渍铁锆复合氧化物制得固体酸催化剂S2 O2 -8/Fe2 O3 ZrO2 (PSFZ) ,得到了较佳的制备条件 ,用马来酸酐与正己醇的酯化反应考察了催化剂的活性。通过XRD和TEM分析 ,对催化剂的结构进行了表征。结果表明 ,PSFZ的催化活性比SO2 -4/Fe2 O3 ZrO2 更强 ;S2 O2 -8对Fe2 O3 ZrO2 的促进作用明显高于SO2 -4;铁的引入减少了ZrO2 的团聚 ,增加了分散效果 ;有较好的使用重复性 ;它代替硫酸、对甲苯磺酸用于催化马来酸酐和正己醇的酯化反应可得无色透明的酯化产物。 The solid acid type catalyst S 2O 2- 8/Fe 2O 3-ZrO 2 (PSFZ) is obtained by impregnating composite oxides of iron and zirconium in peroxodisulfate with good result, the optimum conditions for preparation of PSFZ are obtained. The catalytic activity of PSFZ is studied through the esterification of maleic anhydride and n-hexanol. The structure of PSFZ is characterized by analysis of XRD and TEM. The results show that the catalytic activity of S 2O 2- 8/Fe 2O 3-ZrO 2 is more active than SO 2- 4/Fe 2O 3-ZrO 2, the promoting action of S 2O 2- 8 is obviously higher than SO 2- 4 for Fe 2O 3-ZrO 2.The aggregation of ZrO 2 is decreased by introducing ZrO 2, and dispersion effect of catalyst is increased by addition of Fe 2O 3, PSFZ can be used repeatedly with good initial properties. The colorless and transparent esterification product can be obtained when the PSFZ is used as a substitute for sulfuric acid and toluene p-sulfonic acid for esterification of maleic anhydride and n-hexanol.
