摘要
分析了液压冲击器的工作原理,得出气液联合作功型液压冲击器结构合理,冲击活塞使用寿命长,系统效率高的结论。研究了新型液压冲击器在冲击过程中密闭氮气与高压油作功的分配比问题,经理论分析计算与仿真优化,得出了气液作功的最优分配比准为0.3~0.5时,它能使冲击器的性能最优,系统工作效率高。这些理论结果通过实验得到了验证。
In this paper, the work principle of hydraulic breakers is analyzed, the results prove that the hydraulic breaker operated by combined work of gas and hydraulic is not only reasonable in structure but also has the characteristics of long piston life and high system efficiency. Furthermore, we study the work distribution ratio of sealed nitrogen to high-pressure oil in the impact process of a new hydraulic impactor. Through theoretical analysis, optimization simulation and exact calculation, it is found out that when the distribution ?准 is between 0.3 and 0.5, the mechanical performance is the best and system efficiency is very high. The theoretical results are also confirmed through repeated test.
