摘要
针对目前核心竞争力研究中比较模糊的问题进行了相关研究。探讨了能力与竞争力的区别;重新界定了核心竞争力的内涵,探讨了核心竞争力与核心专长的关系;分析了竞争力与核心竞争力的区别;指出了核心竞争力评价中指标体系建立存在的问题,如指标的针对性、评价企业的选取、定性指标与定量指标的采用、结果类指标应用的局限性等问题,并提出改进建议。
The concept of core competence is often fuzzy and confused in the expression or study on it. The discrepancy between core competence and capability is thus discussed in detail to define clearly the implication of core competence once more,with the relation between core competence and core expertise and the discrepancy between competitive power and core competence both analyzed. Some existing problems found in establishing the index evaluation system of core competence are set out, such as what on index is aimed at, the selection of companies to be evaluated, the qualitative indices to be used and the limitation of applying resultant indices. Relevant suggestions are also put forward for improvement.
