Key Influencing Factors on Developing Medium/Small-Scale Private Manufacturers in Northeast China and Measures to Take

通过对东南沿海地区和东北地区中小型民营制造企业的调查,分析比较了两个地区中小型民营制造企业发展的差异,提出影响东北地区中小型民营制造企业发展的关键因素:政策环境,技术型业主开拓市场与管理企业的素质,企业群与市场的关系,企业所在地区的文化氛围,企业目标与业主生活满足度的关系。在对这些因素进行深入剖析基础上提出发展对策。

Compares and analyzes the key influencing factors on the development of the medium/small-scale manufacturers in Northeast China and in Southeast coastal regions, such as policy conditions, competence for market tapping and business management, relation between manufacturers and market and the cultural atmosphere where they are located in, especially the relation between owners' business targets and their adaptability to local living conditions. Based on the comparison and analysis, some measures are proposed to take so as to develop further such manufacturers in Northeast China.
