陆地棉F_1单株成铃数遗传决策系数分析 被引量:1

摘要 采用基于通径分析的决策系数分析方法,对8个陆地棉(GossypiumhirsutumL.)品种(系)的20个组合的F1现蕾、开花和结铃2a资料进行了遗传相关分析,并在此基础上进行了不同节位果枝现蕾数、开花数、结铃数对单株结铃数的决策系数分析。结果表明,稳定中部成铃,选择节位13果枝上蕾、铃数较多,节位14果枝上花、铃数较多的材料可望选出结铃多的单株;要进一步发挥单株结铃数的杂种优势,在保证中部成铃的前提下,宜选择节位14果枝蕾铃数少、节位15果枝花铃数多的材料作亲本。在栽培上摘除一些部位果枝上部分蕾、花利于单株成铃增多。 Genetic correlation analysis on the number of buds,flowers and bolls of 20 F_(1) generation combinations yielded from 8 upland cotton cultivars (lines) form 1997 to 1998 in Xinjiang,China,was conducted using additive-dominance(AD) genetic model which considered genotype by environment effects.Decision-making coefficient analysis on the number of bolls per plant was also performed based on the genetic analysis mentioned above.Results indicated that on the premise of fruiting as usual,it was promising to get individual plants which had more bolls when materials with enough buds were selected and bolls on fruiting branches at main-stem node 13 and had enough flowers and bolls on fruiting branches at main-stem node 14.It would be beneficial to increase the number of bolls per plant if some floral buds and flowers at some positions were removed such as fruiting branches at main-stem node 9.To elevate heterosis of number of bolls per plant,it was better to choose materials as parents which had fewer buds and bolls on fruiting branches at main-stem node 14 and more flowers and bolls on fruiting branches at main-stem node 15.
