渗透压、pH和温度对泥鳅精子活力及受精率的影响 被引量:29

摘要 采集成熟的泥鳅(Misgurnusanguillicaudatus)精子,在不同的渗透压、pH和温度条件下进行活力观察。结果表明:①保持泥鳅精子活力较强的适宜渗透压和pH分别是(100~200)mOsm(1mOsm≈0.248kPa)和pH7.0~8.0,而活力最强时的渗透压和pH则分别为150mOsm和7.6;②在(20~30)℃范围内泥鳅精子激活率均较高,且当温度为25℃时,其激活率最高;③泥鳅受精率最高时的最适渗透压和pH分别为150mOsm和7.6,这与泥鳅精子活力最强时的渗透压和pH条件保持高度一致。 The activation and vitality of spermatozoa from loach( Misgurnus anguillicaudatus ),which were collected by dissecting,were studied under different osmolality,pH and temperatures.The results were as follows:①The suitable osmolality and pH,which help preserve strong motility of the spermatozoa, are 100~200 mOsm and pH7.0~8.0,and the spermatozoa motility is the strongest under the conditions of 150 mOsm and pH7.6;②The suitable temperature for activating of spermatozoa is 20~30 ℃, and when temperature is 25 ℃,the activation rate is the highest;③The optimum osmolality and pH for the highest fertilization of loach are also 150 mOsm and 7.6 respectivly,consistent with the conditions which made the motility of the spermatozoa the strongest.
