摘要
山桃(AmygdalusdavidianaCarr.)幼苗叶面喷施(0~8.0)mmol/L的水杨酸溶液后,置于(3.0±0.5)℃的低温条件下处理15h,结果水杨酸处理的幼苗叶片超氧化物歧化酶和过氧化物酶活性增加、丙二醛含量降低、脯氨酸含量增加,且水杨酸浓度越大,增加/降低的作用也越大。认为水杨酸处理可以提高山桃幼苗的耐冷性,以8.0mmol/L的水杨酸处理最有效。
Amygdalus davidiana Carr.seedlings were sprayed with (0~8.0) mmol/L salicylic acid(SA) solution and were treated at (3.0±0.5) ℃ for 15 hours to study the effects of SA on chilling resistance of the seedlings.The results showed that the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and peroxidase(POD )was increased,the malondialdehyde(MDA) content was decreased, the proline content was increased in the leaves of seedlings.It indicated that SA treatment may increase the seedlings' chilling resistance.
