摘要
青花菜花序的分化发育过程可分为8个时期。花球是由短缩、肉质的主花茎与一定数目的分球构成的,而每个分球则由短缩、肉质的第1级侧花茎及其上各级的侧花茎和花蕾组成。分球的大小和重量取决于侧花茎的分化级数及其发育程度。供试的3个品种花球的组成有所不同。
The morphogenesis of the curd of broccoli ( Brassica oleracea var. italica ) was studied. The results showed that the procedure of inflorescence initiation and development of broccoli was divided into eight stages. The curd of broccoli was constituted bys horten, succulent main scape and several branch curds,the branch curd was contained by many lateral scapes and flower buds. The numbers of branch curd in three cultivars was different. The weight of branch curd was related closely with its numbers of initiated-order of lateral scape and development.
