摘要
198 5年加德纳的多元智能理论的提出 ,为智力研究提供了新的视角。文章从传统智力研究的局限出发 ,论述了多元智能理论的提出 ,重点分析了多元智能之一的人际关系智能的涵义、特点及作用 ,并阐述了人际关系智能的教育意义 ,同时提出了培养人际关系智能的途径。
Gardner proposed the Multiple Intelligence in 1985, this conception gave reseaches a new direction. This paper begins with the limitation of traditional intelligence research and illustrates the Multiple Intelligence Theory. It focuses on the one of the Multiple Intelligence-Interpersonal Relationship Intelligence,and analyses its meaning, character and funtion. However, the author explains the instructive meaning of Interpersonal Relationship Intelligence and the cultivable way.
