摘要
随着我国经济的迅猛发展 ,非全日制就业方式逐渐成为全日制就业的一种有效补充。它使企业用工方式灵活多样化 ,劳动者就业需求也日益多样化 ,促进了失业人员再就业。目前非全日制就业需要解决的问题包括工时、最低工资、社会保险、劳工关系等。
With the economic fast development in our country, the part-time employment method becomes a kind of valid complement of fulltime system employment gradually.It is an objective demand to adapt to business enterprise use the vivid variety, worker in method in work employment the need increasingly diverse, promoting the unemployed personnel take up employment again.Now the problem that the part-time system employment demand resolve includes man-hour, lowest wages, social insurance, labor relation etc.
