口译目的与口译标准一直是口译工作者研究的对象。什么样的口译形式才能达到目的 ?什么样的标准才能符合口译“动态”的特点 ?目的与标准的确定是否就能解释语言中的各种现象 ?何时突出目的、何时强调标准、何时标准目的并重 ?笔者认为 ,这均是口译工作者必须学习和掌握的。

The aim and standard of interpretation has been the subject of study for an interpreting research worker. What way of interpretation can contribute to achieve the aim? What standard can accord with the characteristics of interpretation trends? Can we explain the diverse language phenomena after the aim and standard are made clear? When to focus on the aim? When to emphasize the standard? When to balance them? The writer thinks they are what an interpreter has to learn and master.
