培养学生健全完整的人格 ,进而使学生素质逐步得到优化和完善 ,这是各类教育的根本目标。达成这一目标的途径多种多样 ,文章论述了如何在数学教学中实施培养健全完整人格目标的问题 ,提出了所谓的“112”工程。

The basic objective of all types of education is to develop the perfected personality of students, and then further excel and improve their total quality. Among the various ways to arrive at this objective, the article argues in great details how to take it into practice in Maths teaching, and puts forward a so-called '112 Project'.
