邹韬奋宪政思想初探

An Study on Zou Taofen's Idea of Constitutional Democracy

文章围绕着 1937年以降邹韬奋思想的核心———实行民主政治以抗日救国 ,对其民主观的内涵及其价值取向进行了梳理和分析 ,指出邹韬奋的“宪政的民主”与毛泽东的“抗战的民主”的根本区别 ,从而也就在观念属性意义上给予了邹韬奋的宪政思想和在这一思想的指导下争取民主政治的斗争一个基本评价。

The paper focuses on Zou Taofen's idea of combating Japanese invaders to defend China by means of democracy upon the outbreak of the war in 1937. Based on the analysis of his viewpoints on democracy and its value,this paper points out the essential difference between Zou's idea of 'democracy by enforcing constitution' and 'democracy by combating Japanese invaders' proposed by Mao Zedong,and then gives some basic assessments on Zou's thoughts and all the efforts made to gain political democracy under the guideline of his ideas from a conceptual perspective.
