摘要
教师继续教育评价观念是评价实施者对评价的认识、态度、情感和行为所组成的一个复杂体系。新课程改革视野中的教师继续教育评价观念的更新 ,包括对评价意义、性质、目的特征等方面的重新认识。
The evaluating concept of teachers' further education is a complicated system consisting of the evaluators' cognition of evaluation,attitude,sensibility as well as behavior. In the new curriculum reform,the updating of evaluating concept of teachers' further education includes re-understanding the significance,nature,purpose of evaluation and so on.
