计算机在吸光光度法中的应用

The Application of Computer in Absorption Spectrophotometry

利用三元络合物光度法测定铝 ,近年来得到了迅速发展。本文通过AL -CAS -CPC三元络合物吸光度的数据 ,用计算机软件MATLAB编程代替手工法绘制吸收曲线 ,工作曲线 ,具有简便 ,快速等优点。

It has developed fast recently to determine aluminium using ternary complex spectrophotometry. On the base of the data of Al-CAS-CPC ternary complex compound trap, this paper replaces drawing absorption curve and work curve by hand with computer software MATLAB program, which is easier and faster.
