摘要
我们研制的全自动TIG焊机 ,通过对机、气、电控制 ,结合图像采集 ,可实现自动上下料 ,焊枪自动对准焊缝 ,同时对焊接电流、电压、保护气体流量 ,真空度进行实时监控。内存 32组焊接专家系统参数 ,可根据所用的焊丝直径、材料、母材厚度选用不同参数组 ,获得最佳焊接参数。并利用数据库对所有焊接参数 ,焊接视频过程保存 ,以备查询。
The developed TIG welding can fix or remove workpieces and make welding torch to track weld line automatically,which can measure and control welding current,welding voltage,flux of inert gases and vacuum.There is expert system including 32 groups parameters which can be selected in accordance with the situation in order to acquire optional effect.Database is applied to save kinds of parameters and video files and query in the future.
