摘要
研究用双金属氰化物(DMC)催化环氧丙烷(PO)均聚反应的机制及加料方式的影响。结果表明,采用调节剂后加入法,不仅可减少产物中高分子量组分的含量,而且可直接使用来源更广的小分子有机物取代低聚醚作调节剂,得到低不饱和度的DMC聚醚,解决了DMC催化PO过程中存在的"用聚醚合成聚醚"的问题。
DMC polyether polyols, with excellent quality compared with conventional polyethers, were prepared by ring-opening polymerization of propylene oxide (PO) using double metal cyanide complex (DMC) catalysts. The mechanism of initiation and transfer for the reaction was suggested. Novel procedures for the polymerization was developed, which suggested to add the regulators together with the epoxide monomer during the polymerization. The experiments show that the new procedures produce polyethers of low unsaturation and with low high molecular weight impurity, and in high yields. In addition, instead of commonly used low molecular weight polyether polyols, small molecular alcohols can be successfuly applied by this new method as regulators to synthesize polyethers.
